Where the Sky Learned to Breathe

Door Lucian Catalin Manda, 2026

150cm x 190cm x 2cm

Before time learned how to count itself, the sky was restless. It spun its thoughts into circles—some loud, some whisper-small—trying to remember why it existed at all. Each circle became a memory: a sun it once loved, an ocean it once touched, a promise it once forgot. Below, the world listened. At the center, light learned how to soften. It stopped blinding and started guiding. And ever since, if you look long enough, the painting keeps moving—not forward, not back, but inward—inviting you to remember the part of yourself that still knows how to breathe with the sky.
